That time of year is approaching, when the flowers start to spring, the days become a bit longer, and the weather a little warmer, that’s right – wedding season is coming around quickly and I can’t wait! For preparations I’ve been looking through my older work, going over notes for each couple and thinking up new ideas.
After doing a bit of reflecting, I thought I’d blog about Daniella and Ryan’s big day. What a lovely couple and what a special day it was! It was a hot summers day in June, the ceremony was in the little old town of Ruthin and the reception in Faenol Fawr. There were elegant, feminine, yet bohemian and rustic touches; and songs by Elvis were used as the table numbers (a detail I absolutely adored!).
Looking through these photo’s is making me so excited for the wedding season up ahead, I love the process of meeting couples, planning what shots need to be taken, and the excitement and all of the feelings throughout the day. Weddings are a fun whirlwind of a day and each one I have booked in for this year are so different from the other, I can’t wait!
I still have some availabilities for 2017 if you’re still searching for a photographer; I’m also taking bookings for 2018 and 2019. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would consider me for documenting your big day, we can chat over a coffee, discuss ideas and I can show you more of my work and what I can offer. I look forward to possibly hearing from you!
